WHICH CLARITY CALL OPTION IS RIGHT FOR ME?
Both options are the same free 30-minute conversation with Sharon Marie. The Clarity Call happens live on Google Meet, and the Faceless Clarity Call happens on your own time through recorded video, audio, or text messages, with a personal recorded reply back. Truly, pick whichever one sounds like less friction for you this week: live if you think out loud and want back-and-forth in the moment, Faceless if your schedule is wild or your best questions show up at 11 PM.
IS THE CLARITY CALL ACTUALLY FREE, OR IS THIS A SALES PITCH?
The Clarity Call is completely free, and it is a direction call, not a sales pitch. You bring the question or the tangled backend, and you leave with a clear next step you can act on. If one of my programs or services genuinely fits your situation, I will name it plainly. If it does not, I will tell you that too. Don't make it a thing.
WHO DO YOU WORK WITH?
Sharon Marie Co works with multi-passionate women founders, coaches, creators, and service providers who run multiple offers, brands, or income streams. Most of my clients are already making money but need the backend infrastructure to match: systems, automation, and AI workflows that keep everything organized and running without them in the middle of it all. WHAT SHOULD I HAVE READY BEFORE MY CALL?
Nothing is required to prepare for a Clarity Call. If you want to squeeze the most out of your 30 minutes, a quick list of your current income streams, offers, and the tools you are using is plenty. Come as you are. Messy backends are welcome here. That is kind of the point.
DO YOU OFFER DONE-FOR-YOU SERVICES?
Yes. Done-for-you and done-with-you builds live inside my VIP Experiences, focused VIP days or week experiences where we get your backend built together. Not ready to invest in a full VIP experience yet? I also offer mini services for smaller, more scoped-down support. For sure, for sure, mention it on your call and we will figure out whether that is your best next step.
DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS?
It depends on what you bought, so here's the honest breakdown.
Courses, trainings, and the 90-Day Accelerator (like the Offer Optimizer Lab, the FTFA Intensive, or the Accelerator itself) come with a flat 7-day refund window, no questions asked.
Revenue Remix Society works differently, because memberships aren't refunded, they're cancelled. You can cancel anytime and keep full access through the end of the period you already paid for. If you're on an annual plan, any unused full months come back to you.
VIP experiences and services are non-refundable once we begin, since your payment covers time and work already delivered. Deposits hold your date, so those are non-refundable too. Need to reschedule? You have six months to redeem your service, and a rescheduling fee may apply depending on timing. If I ever cancel on my end, anything you've paid that I haven't yet earned comes right back to you.
Digital products from the shop are non-refundable. You get the full thing the moment you buy, so there's nothing to send back.
Whatever you're booking, the specific terms live in the agreement or on the checkout page you review before you pay. Nothing buried in fine print.
HOW FAST WILL I HEAR BACK?
The live Clarity Call books automatically the moment you pick a time, no waiting on a reply from me. If you go the Faceless route, expect to hear back within a few hours with your recorded response.
ALREADY A CLIENT OR STUDENT?
Current clients and students get help fastest through the Client Support Center or by logging into the client or student portal, both linked in the site menu. The contact form works too, but the support center is the express lane.
